Special Needs in Music: Skeletal Dysplasia

People with Skeletal Dysplasia, more commonly known as Little People or LPs, have a rare genetic mutation which affects bone growth. Nelson Ned d'Ávila Pinto was a songwriter and singer who dealt this medical issue, and was the first Latin artist to sell a million records in the U.S.
