Cyril Scott

Cyril Scott was an English composer during the late 20th and early 21st century. His music is quite lyrical and yet harmonically adventurous and rhythmically free. He enjoyed expanding upon motifs, and his first sonata is said to have influenced Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring. His music is worth exploring and knowing better.
